A detailed and thoughtful meal plan takes TIME. It’s not thrown together haphazardly. It’s not duplicated for the masses. It’s not the same foods over and over. It’s not (well shouldn’t be), 600 calories a day for weight loss. 

It’s specific to you. A Namken Nutrition meal plan is a written meal plan (not actual food!). It includes three meals and one snack daily, with detailed instructions, as well as links to recipes and macronutrient information. It will be geared toward your likes and dislikes, while also considering your overarching health goals.
